At Shri Ji Mandir, we handle sacred items such as pooja samagri and temple prasad with utmost care and respect. Due to their devotional and sensitive nature, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are generally not applicable for pooja samagri and prasad due to their sacred and perishable nature.

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

    • Damaged items

    • Missing items

    • Incorrect items delivered

3. Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or proof of the issue for verification.

4. Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Important Note

Spiritual outcomes, personal beliefs, or dissatisfaction based on faith cannot be considered grounds for refunds.
